  Job Responsibilities:
1.Work with assist HR Manager on recruiting planning and strategy.
2.Control the headcount according to the plan.
3.Efficienetly and effectively recruits employees according the cost center supervisors requirements.
4.Clarifies with cost center supervisors the specific skills of the vacant position
5.Maintance and develop recruitment channel.
6.Cooperate with department manager for interview
7.Handle with the procedure of onboard and dismission
8.Assist HR manager to hanle with the employee relationship issue.

Job requirement:
1.Knowledge of general HR policies, procedures and current best practice, and also need flexibility.
2.Above Five years related working experience, preferably in multi-company HR Dept.
And also experience on both employees relation-ship and recruiting.3.Fluency in both oral and written English and Strong PC skills (MS Office, SAP)
4.Detail-oriented and carefull
5.Flexibility and teaming skills,good communication and interpersonal skills.
