Job Responsibilities:
Paint / assembly shop warranty issues coordination of all Duerr projects in China.
1. Claims acceptance:
- Receive the complaining application from customer.
- Inspect on site to get detail information if necessary.
- Documents arrangement.
2. Resolve the warranty issues:
- Coordinate internally to get support from technical department.
- Fix the solution with customer and arrange the modification.
- Track the open items till to getting the customer approval.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering.
- At least 3 years technical background.
- Experience in Paintshop, Assembly shop in automotive industry or engineering company is preferred.
- Ability of trouble-shooting, solid job site experience.
- Can accept short trip outside of Shanghai.
- Excellent ability of communication and coordination, open-minded, team spirit, trusted, skilled English is a
must.
