小轮式点镀机

轮式点镀单元由不锈钢机架外表面包PP安装在PP柜内，机架上安装导向轮、喷头、遮蔽带与点镀轮模具等。电镀液通过泵输送经固定喷头的阳极再通过旋转点镀轮的狭窄缝隙射向贴紧于点镀轮的需镀产品，进行遮蔽选择性电镀。点镀轮的定位针与带料导孔精确精密匹配，确保点镀区域误差值的范围精度±0.075mm。根据不同的产品点镀轮与喷头两者都有可以简易快捷被字装更换。

Reel-to-reel Selective Planting Design:Guide wheel,sparger,masking belt and spot wheel plating tools are erected on SS franes which are imbedded in PPmaterial and installed in PP tank.Selective Spot ＆ Dot Plating is carried out by the rotation of electroplating wheels which shoots out electroplating solution through the wheel’s narrow apertures onto the objective products tightly clinging to the wheel.The electroplating wheels’pilot pins are accurately matching the feedholes in order to assure the deviation precision at ±0.075mm.Both Spot Wheels and Spargers can be replaced easily according to various products to be electroplated.
